What is Aquadrops, and how do they work?

Hi,
kudos for the new look of the webpages ... looks great.
But I have noticed somthing called Aquadrops in my profil pages, but my german isnt strong enough to figurer out exacly what it is, and how they work ...
And to add to the confusion, it seems that i have gotten 250 of these, and then lost them ...
Would anyone be so kind to explain this in english?

Same here .. got 250 or so and then they were gone again .. looks like some sort of voucher for the online shop

It is a bonus system with a direct connection between this forum and our webshop.

1 aquadrop = 1 Euro Cent

You still have the 250 aquadrops but they can only be used when you give them to other users - for a helpful post for example. Let's say you give this user 50 aquadrops, then you will also get 50 aquadrops which you can spend in the webshop. You can give away aquadrops to others until your aquadrops are exhausted.

You will get new aquadrops when you place an order in the shop. 1% of the total sum will go into your aquadrops account. If you would buy for 100,00 EUR you will get 100 aquadrops.

Of course you can also reveive aquadrops from other users but these aquadrops can't be given away again.

Sounds great, hope that this live up the forum.
But for us that cant use your webshop, but has to order by mail (unless one suddenly can order for Norway directly now ...). Can we get hold of our Aquadrops somehow? 8)

The new webshop does accept orders from Norway :)

For the rest I would recommend to drop an E-Mail since we are also able to transfer aquadrops by hand.

It is good to see AC is shipping to USA. I tried to use the web site recently but it would not accept my location. A shame more vendors here do not stock AC supplies.

Sorry to grab this old topic out of the archives but I have a question about it.

If I would like to purchase the Plexiglass Aquatube G1/8 ( http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info…roducts_id=2190 ) I would have to buy for 790,00 EUR of things in the shop?

There isn't any other way to purchase it? Is it either this way or try to create my own? :p

Not 790,00 EUR, you would have to buy stuff for 7.900,00 EUR to get the necessary 7900 aquadrops.

Of course you can also try to get enough aquadrops from other users for helpful posts etc.
