ati 8500 flackert!!hilfe!!

hallo.musste meinen rechner neu machen.jetzt hab ich wieder das prob das mein monitor flackert(60hz bug)hab schon die ratefix tools probiert aber die funzen irgendwie nich.kann mir mal einer sagen wass ich jetzt machen soll.hab auch den neusten ati treiber genommen funzt auch nicht.
HILFE meine augen flackern schon mit!
