Need Help --- Bios Problem

Hallo ..

habe hier ein A7N8X Rev 1.04

Folgendes Problem habe ich. Alles läuft perfekt, bis ich ans OC gehe. Sobald ich auf User Defined Einstellungen gehe spinnt er rum und sagt beim nächsten Bootup.

Bios Rom Checksum Error und No Flopppy Disk (hab auch gar keins)
dann resettet er das Bios und ich habe die Setup Defaults.

Wie gesagt, das Prob tritt erst seit kurzem auf und ich hatte sonst auch alles OC.

Jemand eine Idee ?

Getestet mit Asus Bios 1.3 + 1.4 und Uber1.3

guck mal, ob Du in Bios ein Menuepunkt" Speech Post Reporter" hast (oder so aehnlich)

nachdem ich diesen ausgeschaltet habe, konnte ich auch wieder froehlich clocken...

P.S. habe zwar ein Intelboard, aber meins ist auch von Asus und hat auch ein Bios von Award...

Das mit der diskette ist egal - das erkennt der eh nicht.

Hmm schonmal cmos reset+batterie probiert =?=
Ansonste probier mal das aus, was RONson vorgeschlagen hat.

zu No Floppy Disk:
Wenn du den Floppy Disk Controller deaktiviert hast musst du unter "Standart CMOS Settings" (so heißt es bei mir) das Floppy Laufwerk rausnehemen ("1.44 Diskette" auf "None" stellen)
zu Checksum Error :
mmh .. schonmal Bios geupdatet?

alles schon gemacht.
nur das mit der batterie noch nicht. das werd ich mal machen.
mich wundert halt der "award bios boot block" ... hört sich so an als ob das bios mich beschützen will.
