oder auch das gute cooledit, dass kürzlich von adobe gekauft wurde => gibt's als kostenloses trial (kA welche beschränkungen) => klick!

cooledit ist ein komplettes, mehrspuriges audio-recording/editing-programm, sehr einfach zu bedienen, kann auch in mp3 (und zig anderen formaten) abspeichern.

alternativ kannste auch den microsoft audiorekorder (sndrec32.exe) verwenden, der kann aber nur wav. konvertieren dann zB mit cdex
