Zugriff auf Datei verweigert ... OS=WinXP

Mir passiert es immer öfters, dass ich einige Dateien nicht umbewegen oder löschen kann, da Windows sagt, die Datei würde von einem anderen Prorgamm benutzt. Nur sehe ich absolut nicht, welches Programm denn nun?

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit aktuelle Zugriffe auf eine Datei irgendwie darzustellen oder aufzulisten um Klarheit zu schaffen?

Also wahrscheinlich is das die Vorschaufunktion von Win. Wie du die Abstellen kannst weiß ich ned, aber du kannst die Webansicht ausmachen, dann dürfte es keine Probleme mehr geben.
