Aquacomputer Airplex Modularity & fin damage?

I received my (2) rads in the mail tonight and for the most part they look pretty good - especially considering the distance they've come.

One thing I did notice though is that some of the mounting cylinders (the holes that the mounting screws screw into) actually press into the rad fins while other hover just above the fins. Would this pose any issue? It doesn't appear that any of the tubes are damaged.
