suggestion on buying aquaeros 5

hi,
i am interested in buying this amazing controller to:
1) check for flowrate ( i will be getting koolance flowmeter for it)
2) checking temperature of loop (will be getting the aquacomputer version for it)
3) checking operating temperature of MCP35X (will the inline sensor be able to do this job?)
4) running my 35X on pwm
5) running 6 gentle typhoon fan on it
6) running 1 80mm fan that will be blowing 35X heatsink
may i know which of the add on are necessary for me?
do i need to watercool it or the add-on passive heatsink will do the job?
is the poweradjust needed?
