My current system (i7 2600k, 2 GTX 580s in SLI, all at stock speed) has a Swiftech MCR radiator with integrated reservoir and pump. The pump is the MCP35X. I was thinking of adding the Aquastream XT Ultra in series for improved flow, redundancy and automatic fan control based on water temperature. I run the MCP35X at a constant 35% as I prefer a very quiet system. The forum has been very helpful for my research but I have a few questions I could use your input on
1) does this make sense or is it overkill or unrealistic? I'm hoping to get all the benefits I mention above and end up with a quieter, automated watercooling system in the end.
2) what else would I need to buy? I was hoping to at least control the 3 fans connected to the radiator(s) and at most the 9 total fans. Should I worry about case fans or just the radiator fans? Is the internal temperature sensor on the pump sufficient or should I get an external one too? Do I need a flow sensor? Does adding an Aquaero LT give me greater control? Is the software between the two products compatable?
3) the MCP35X is PWM controlled. I currently have it connected to the CPU fan header. Would it make sense to connect that to an Aquaero LT and have it also change (up to 35%) in relation to temperature or should I leave it fixed to the CPU header for fully independant redundancy?
Thanks in advance!

I'm relatively new to this and appreciate any guidance.
