At 01.01.2007 Aqua Computer will become a GmbH & Co. KG (limited partnership with a limited liability company as general partner). This step had become necessary due the growth of the enterprise. It also gives us more security because the partners are no longer personally liable.

Also a planned extension of Aqua Computer necessitates this change of the legal form.

The Aqua Computer Verwaltungs GmbH will become the general partner. It was already founded a few months ago.

Internally nothing changes. Stefan May and Stephan Wille are still the chief operating officers.
