I wrote a mail to AC and I got a reply the same day that they would send the order. Today I received it. I had waited for about a month until I wrote that email. But once I did, AC has acted in a correct and polite way!

To AC: Good job, guys!!!

you know, there is a small Button named "Kurznachrichten (IM)" which means "short message) (as can be read here)
the Forum is not the place for messages for specific people... ;)
