Problems with shipment, no reply in 10 days?

Hi,

* I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER*

I have been sending emails for 10 days and even used the webform but no reply.
If I dont receive some sort of followup I will start the procedures at Paypal and my credit card company to get my money back.


I received a multiswitch instead of the aquaero
