Pump vibration dampening

This has probobly been asked once or twice before but i have been unable to find it. What is the best way to silence the Aquastream XT pump hum (vibration)?

Thank you for getting back to me this quick. i think i can guess that the orange part is some sort of rubber sponge. but what is the black parts?

They are rubber sponge, too, but a harder kind so screws can be used to mout the Pump on the "Sandwich"

about 34mm, if you take 2 layers of the black rubber sponge und 1 layer of the orange rubber sponge in the middle.
