Wenn du vor hast nur 2 platten als raid-0 an den controller anzuschliessen, dann schliess sie jeweils als master an, ist geringfügig schneller als wenn sie an einem strang hängen als master und slave.

Also bei mir kann eins Master und eins Slave sein ! Dann muss ich ins RAID Controller Bios rein und dann sagen: create raid und dann wählen welche Platten der dazu nehmen soll ! Müsste eigentlich aber überall so sein ! Wissen tu ichs aber nicht 100%ig obs überall gleich ist ! Aber probiers einfach mal aus !

One user wrote that If you want to use two disks in a RAID in a Master/Master configuration, you cannot share an IRQ with the Highpoint controller, it will just lock. If you must share an IRQ with the controller then the only way to get a stable system is put the drives in the RAID on the same channel as Master/Slave.
