Hufeisen thank you, good point about the USB power, computer and power supply could have different potential grounds thus resulting in overvoltage condition. Looks like to be safe, a power supply should be: 12V @ 5A max = 60W max (25W for fans, 25W for pump, 10W overhead safety for PSU) 5V @ 1.5A max = 7.5W max (5W for electronics and LEDs, 2.5W PSU overhead)
Hi, How much current does D5 NEXT consume: 5V = ?A 12V = ?A I need to know this because I'm building a non-PC water cooling rig for non-computer application and I need to select the right power supply (cannot use a computer power supply, it's too big and bulky and I don't need it for anything else). I could not find this information in the manual, manual only states the rail voltage and combined power consumption 65W. Thanks
