Thanks Shoogy . I did as you suggested, I took it all apart. Every thing seemed OK so I put it back together and it is working fine . I'm getting a reading of between 100 and 150 l/h. As you can see, this is a test loop for my external project. I'm having problems configuring the fan settings . As I mentioned I am new to this. I will post a seperate thread for that .

I have just purchased a brand new "Aquastream Ultra" pump and the "High Flow" sensor amongst other things (no Aquaero as yet still waiting).
