It looks like the Aquaero is switching the Relay right after startup. You need to go in the Aquasuite Software and specify conditions, when the Aquaero should activate the Relay. I cant help you with the Aquasuite Settings.
If you look in the Webshop, Aquacomputer is listing the Adapter as compatible with PCIe 4.0 I dont know if Aquacomputer made changes on the PCB to ensure signal integrity, or if it is still the same PCB as yours.

In einem geschlossenen Wasserkreislauf ohne Luftblasen spielt der Höhenunterschied keine Rolle, es können auch 10 Meter sein. Wenn die Pumpe unten steht, kann es Probleme beim Befüllen geben. Hier kommt es auf die Pumpleistung an. Wenn die Leistung der Pumpe nicht reicht, musst du manuell nachhelfen und am Radiator oben einen Einfülllpunkt schaffen. Ist der Kreislauf befüllt, gibt es keine Probleme mehr.

Die Splitty4 brauchen einen RGBpx Anschluß. Das OCTO hat zwei RGBpx Anschlüsse, an jedem RGBpx Anschluss kann ein Splitty4 betrieben werden. Mit dem OCTO kannst du insgesamt vier Corsair QL Lüfter beleuchten (und zwei LED Streifen mit je 22 LEDs). Mehr geht nicht. Der fünfte Lüfter und die Stripes kannst du an das Mainboard hängen, eine Steuerung über die Aquasuite Software ist dort jedoch nicht möglich. Alternativ kannst du ein Farbwerk360 kaufen, und die Stripes dort anschließen.

The Aquaero 5 is using linear voltage regulators. The lower the fan voltage, the higher becomes the electronics temperature (=voltage regulator temperature). Es gibt keine ideale Lüfterkurve. Die maximale Wassertemperatur ist in der Spezifikation der Pumpe festgelegt und sollte nicht überschritten werden. Der Rest hängt davon ab, was genau du mit der Wasserkühlung erreichen willst. Willst du leise Lüfter oder kühle Temperaturen? Willst du übertakten oder nicht?
Maybe your flow rate is too low. Set your DDC Pump to maximum power and see if you get a reading from the Flow sensor.

Die Phanteks Halos kannst du einfach an das Quadro anschließen und mit der Aquasuite steuern (maximal 3 Stück, weil der RGBpx Anschluß auf 90 LEDs begrenzt ist). Ist die Preiserhöhung für die meisten Artikel im Webshop so beabsichtigt? Viele Preise wurden um den Differenzbetrag zwischen 16% Mehrwertsteuer und 19% Mehrwertsteuer angehoben. Das sind ca. 2,6 Prozent. z.B. kostet das Farbwerk 360 jetzt 40,94 Euro, statt vorher 39,90 Euro, Ein Octo kostet 56,32 statt vorher 54,90. Zuerst gebt Ihr die Steuersenkung nicht an die Kunden weiter, und jetzt erhöht Ihr auch noch die Preise

Depends on how much Power the Pump needs. The Quadro can supply up to 2A on each Fan connector, and the Quadro has Overcurrent Protection. If the Pump need too much power, the Quadro will turn off the Pump.
Maybe a Fitting is too long and screwed in too deep so it blocks the water flow...
Das Aquaero 6 kann PWM geregelte Lüfter nicht ausschalten. Das geht nur mit einem Quadro / Octo / Splitty9 Active. Dass die Lüfter bei 0% PWM auf Maximalgeschwindigkeit aufdrehen, ist ebenfalls normal und in der PWM Spezifikation so festgelegt.
Your flow rate is too low. The High Flow Next requires at least 35 l/h to measure accurate. The low flow rate causes the temperature difference between the temp sensors. The D5 Next measures the cold water, and the High Flow Next measures the warm water behind the CPU block.
