If the parameters in your system are changing (pump speed, flow rate etc.) the needed vacuum can increase. Until LEAKSHIELD adapts the pressure it shows "unprotected". By the way: It looks like your LEAKSHIELD pumpe each hour. So your system doesn't look to be really tight. But this can be easily checked at the daily pump runtime chart.

Die Dichtung zwischen Glasröhre und LEAKSHIELD. Die kommt im Lieferumfang des ULTITUBES. Wenn der Druck so gering nur aufgebaut wird, so ist etwas grob undicht. Sehr unwahrscheinlich, dass das Problem am LEAKSHIELD liegt.

This is not the way we desire the usage of the licence but you can remove the device that has a valid licence from the first PC to the second one and install the aquasuite. Then you can return the device to the first PC. As long you are not adding more devices or aquasuite updates to the second PC this should work.
Can you tell me about the exact pressure? Because "a few" bar could be too much for this radiator. Standard types are rated 1bar and on request 5 bar (with different stainless steel plates). If the pressure is too high the stainless steel plate will deform and the radiator is simply defect. In that case you need to apply new sealings and the stainless steel plate. But this can only be done in factory as you need special press tools fo do it.

We need to see a pressure chart of your LEAKSHIELD at the time the alarm occurs. That enables us to check if anything is fine with the LEAKSHIELD. Your tubing looks like PVC tubes - not EPDM. So you will have of course plasticizer in your coolant.It's possible that your membrane is clogged. That would cause the LEAKSHIELD to reach too high vacuum pressure values and then the pressure will fall quickly forcing the LEAKSHIELD to pump again. Schwefelsäure bekommt man auch, z.B. als Batteriesäure mit ca. 37%. Das einzige, was wirklich nicht mehr verfügbar ist ist H2O2 in höherer Konzentration. Da man Säuren relativ einfach aufkonzentrieren kann sollte unseren Behörden ja auch klar sein. Was den Kühler betrifft, so würde ich zu Citronensäure in RICHTIG heißem Wasserbad raten. Das ist noch halbwegs ungefährlich.
Man kann auch für die 5V einen Schaltregler verwenden der aus 12V 5V generiert. Diese gibt es in vernünftiger Qulaität (natürlich auch Cina) zu kaufen. Persönlich nehme ich gerne Mean Well Netzteile wie z. B das GP25A13A-R1B .
Wie Sebastian schon geschrieben hat: Wir verwenden hier relativ tiefgreifenden Windows-Bibliotheken. Dabei haben wir keine Möglichkeiten das Verhalten zu beeinflussen, da dies sehr tiefliegende System-Bibliotheken und Treiber betrifft. Je nach Grafikkarte / Treiber usw. ergibt sich ein anderes Verhalten.
Wenn der Füllstand im AB zu niedrig ermittelt wird, dann ist im System noch Luft (z.B. im Radi). LEAKSHIELD ermittelt die komplette Luft im System (egal wo) und rechnet diese vom max. Füllstand des ABs ab. So ist es eigentlich auch richtig, da die Luft ja evtl. irgendwann im AB landet. Sprich: Der Füllstand passt erst dann zum optischen Füllstand, wenn das System richtig entlüftet ist.

Das einige Male wiederholen und das LEAKSHIELD ausprobieren. Der Druck muss bei laufender Vakuumpumpe langsam ansteigen und nach dem Abschalten der Pumpe nur max. 20mbar sinken. The difference is that mem stores the value in an XML file and st just in the RAM. If you restart the PC mem will provide the last value stored while st has lost it's data. If you just restart the aquasuite they will show no difference as the Playground is processed in the Aqua Computer Service and the aquasuite is just a User Interface to the Playground.

Die Funktionalität für das Zurücksetzen der USB-Verbindung kannst Du unter aquasuite->Hintergrunddienst->"USB Verbindung automatisch bei Fehlern zurücksetzen" abschalten. Damit ist die X.51 im Verhalten dann wieder auf dem Stand der X.48 Allerdings sollte es sowieso nicht zu Fehlern kommen und eine vollständige Lösung ist das für Dich dann nicht.

Möglich ist, dass Deine Membran nicht richtig durchlässig ist und der Druck daher zu schnell ansteigt. LEAKSHIELD würde in diesem Fall einen zu hohen Durchfluss messen. We have tested the mem node and it works as intended. If S falls to 0, it is blocked. Also if A and S fall to 0 at the same time there will be no more output of 0. If you have a problem, it's best to post the node here or make a video.
This is not an issue with the firmware. Could be your membrange is clocked, so you can carefully try to clean with isopropanol. Which coolant and tubes are you using?
Das automatische Neustarten der USB Verbindung wird es in der kommenden Release-Version der aquasuite optional deaktivierbar geben. Aber das löst nicht das Problem, dass bei Deinem USB etwas faul ist - nur das neu anmelden wird dann nicht erfolgen. Wo das Problem liegt ist schwierig zu sagen. Wenn Du noch einen SSD rumliegen hast, dann würde ich mal ein sauberes Windows aufsetzen.
Der Sensor des LEAKSHIELDs misst so genau, dass schon Wärmestrahlung den Wert beeinflusst. Stellt man sich in die nähe des ULTITUBES, so wird der Druck steigen. Gerade nach einem Aufbau des Unterdruckes wird die Luft zunächst kälter aufgrund des Druckabfalls, danach steigt sie wieder an und der Unterdruck sinkt. Das wird dann mit der Zeit stabil. Du hast ein Problem mit der USB-Verbindung. Meistens sind dies Treiber-Probleme und daher würde ich hier als erstes suchen. Wenn der Service läuft und die Kommunikation mit dem LEAKSHIELD gestört ist, so wird die USB-Verbindung neu gestartet. Guck, ob Du bei dem Mainboard Hersteller aktuelle Chipsatz-Treiber findest. Nicht auf das Windows Update vertrauen. Alternativ andere USB-Ports ausprobieren.

Der Service überträgt im Hintergrund Daten zu Deinem LEAKSHIELD. Dazu gehören Pumpendaten und Durchfluss. Ohne die Verbindung wird ein höherer Unterdruck als nötig verwendet. Gehen tut es trotzdem. Ich empfehle einmal die LEAKSHIELD FAQ zu lesen. Bei der Auswahl der Powerbank muss man schauen, dass diese dauerhaft Spannung zur Verfügung stellen kann. Wiviel Luft ist im AB? Ich würde die Menge prüfen und ggfs. erhöhen. Damit reduziert sich die Durchveränderung, da die Luft im AB meist nicht die Wassertemperatur erreicht.
Water or condensation is not a problem at the membrane. It's hydrophobic and even oil repellent. But if you have a crazy amount of plasticizer in your system due PVC tubes it works like glue and can clog the membrane. You need to clean it or order a new one contacting the support. This is NOT normal so check your system. I suggest to exchange the water with DP Ultra and do a second clean after a week. Clean the membrane with isopropanol several times but only apply a minimum force. Any doubt it ...
Have you maybe also updated HWinfo? If you haven't bought the current version the shared memory interface will not be available. You have to enable it manual. I will also closed after 12h. So please check if HWinfo is running and the settings for the shared memory interface are fine. Then open the sensor tab and check again. Wait for 30 seconds, if you don't see the sensors in the aquasuite you can restart the Aqua Computer service. There are NO known bugs right now with HWinfo.

Baut es problemlos Unterdruck auf? Lass mal den Unterdruck durch abschrauben des LEAKSHIELDs ab und lass es erneut aufbauen. Eventuell hast Du eine verstopfte Membrane. Welches Kühlmittel setzt Du ein? Alternativ könnte auch ein Ventil hängen, aber es ist unwahrscheinlich, dass es ein "bisschen" öffnet.
Eventuell hast Du einfach einen zu geringen Durchfluss. Je nach System ist die untere Grenze 80-100l/h. Stell mal die Leistung auf 100%.
