Es handelt sich dabei um einen schon seit längerer Zeit bekannten False-Positive-Alarm auf den auch schon andere Virenscanner seit Monaten immer wieder mal vereinzelt angesprungen sind. Wenn du die Pumpe per aquabus anschliesst sind die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt zumal eine Steuerung der Pumpe und deren Lüfterausgang dann nur noch über das aquaero möglich sind. Weitere Funktionen wie RGBpx sind weiterhin bzw. generell nur per USB möglich. If everything works now, then you have been lucky to mistakenly use the harmless direction. f you accidentally move the plug to the left side by one pin, one of the data lines will rest on the 5V supply pin of the hub which means it would fry the microcontroller of the attached device.

It is clearly a USB communication problem. Maybe try to connect the QUADRO directly to a USB port of the mainboard. You could also disconnect the hub to perform that test. If you have another PC around, you could test it there too. Connecting power and USB is enoough. You can also try the follwing. Disconnect all of our devices from USB but the QUADRO. Try a different USB port and maybe also different power plug. Disconnect everything else from the pump (fans, LEDs etc.). You can also pull off the controller unit from the pump and try it in a different PC. Please be aware that the controller will start to beep because of the missing pump signal but that can be ignored and it is still possible to update the firmware.
It means that you have trapped air inside your loop. It could be hidden in the radiator for example. You should try to tilt the system to different positions while the pump is running. This way you can help the air to move into the reservoir.

Without knowing your previously fill level it is impossible to tell anything by the photo If there is trapped air you can try to tilt the PC into different directions while the pump is running at full speed. When you move the system around, keep an eye on the water line within the reservoir to avoid sucking in further air into the loop. Have you also performed the test that checks for trapped air inside the loop? The fill level detection will not work correctly if there is too much trapped air inside the loop.
That the pump is not spinning is pretty suspicious because its 12V supply is hard-wired and should still work even if the controller unit is dead. Check that the SATA plug of the controller unit is not loose (broken off). Also check that the interface plugs between the controller unit and pump are alright. It has to look like that.
The runtime of the update service is tied to the serial number of the devices. In other words: just install the aquasuite and don't think about it. It is all done automatically.
The spikes in your chart indicate a blocked membrane. You should run the membrane test from the diagonostic feature in the system tab. The test where LEAKSHIELD has to be removed from the reservoir usually provides a more reliable result but the test in mounted state might already confirm my assumption. Make sure to grab the glass tube when you remove LEAKSHIELD to avoid that the glass will become loose at the base.

Alleine an Hand an der Drezahl lässt sich der Durchfluss nicht ermitteln denn dann müsste jede Pumpe in jedem Kreislauf exakt die gleiche Durchflussmenge X bei Drehzahl Y haben. Würde man den Kreislauf z. B. mit einem Kugelhahn unterbrechen dreht die Pumpe allerdings immer noch, aber es fließt natürlich kein Wasser mehr. So einfach ist es also nicht Generell ist der virtuelle Durchflusssensor nur ein Richwert und keine genaue Messung....
Das Gehäuse ist nicht dafür ausgelegt, dass man es einfach wieder öffnen kann. Wenn die Bodenplatte weg ist müsste man die untere Kante an der Front zur Seite drücken und dann den Deckel quasi aufklappen und wegziehen. Das hört sich leider stark nach einem Hardware-Problem an. Ein Reset ist möglich indem du im stromlosen Zustand die seitliche Taste drückst und gedrückt hälst. Jetzt einschalten und das Display sollte aus bleiben ehe das Gerät nach ca. drei Sekunden neu startet. Danach kannst du die Taste loslassen und das LEAKSHIELD ist auf die Werkeinstellung zurückgesetzt. Ich bezweilfe allerdings bereits, dass dies die Lösung sein wird.
