Yes, I know that it plugs into the pump circut board. I just want to know if the D5 will work, without blowing up the Aquaero or the pump board.
So does this mean you can use the D5 with the Aquaero? It appears it would work the D5 nominal power at 12V is 24W and the current @ 12V is 2 amps.
When I cannot find Aqua blocks I use MIPS. Their blocks work very well with AC gear. The MIPS blocks are G 1/4 and will work with low flow. HTH. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=210834

Sounds like you may have not plugged your USB correctly into your MB. I just built a new I7 system with an Asus RE2 and Vista 64 discovered it right away.
You change the frequency of the pump through Aquasuite. I have been using the Aquastream in one of my loops for three years and it has been OC'ed from day one. I have been considering the new pump myself but I dread the thought of pulling out my Aquabay and Aquaero.
The Tubemeter is a very nice product. I have one in my Aquatube along with the aquajet. The best feature is that it monitors your H20 level and shuts down your sysytem in the event of low H20 level. It also has a nice little stobe light.
Unless you will be doing something insane, I doubt you will ever need to cool the chipset. I am using a RE2 and OC'ed to 4.2 and absolutely no trouble at all. Then again, if you are going to go all out and want the sexy look, go for it.
My Aquaduct has been working fine for over a year now. I turned on my PC and the Aquaduct pump works but I have no fans or display. I checked all the connections and they are good. What could the problem be?

Now that Sharka has closed, how can I get Aqua Gear in the US? I tried ordering from the main AC site and I was told that they do not ship to the US, what gives? Rocky
