which fittings compatible with American tubing

which fittings are compatible with American tubing (Tygon 3603 Tubing 3/8 Inch ID Tubing 1/8 Inch Wall). I calculate ID = 9.5 mm and OD = 15.9 mm What Aquacomputer fittings can take this tube ?

Are your AquagraFX g/card waterblocks in parallel? I don't understand how the Twin-connect works.
