Problem solved took a vacuum cleaner and pulled out a carpet of dust out of my rad. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Goodmorning you all, I just installed the aquastream xt ultra upgrade kit and almost all works fine. My previous setup used the Innovatek Fan-o-matic micro to control my fans (2 x papst 120 mm). When the controller pushed the fans to full speed, you could hear and feel a good breese through the radiator. Now with the xt ultra, all the control is in the hands of the pump electronics.
