Is there any way to save my configuration between firmware updates?

Hi there. Every time I update to a new firmware version, all of my settings are lost, including sensor names, fan names, sensor configuration, fan controller settings, LED output settings, alarms, etc. Also, my custom overview page in Aquasuite disappears sometimes (I'm not sure if that happens with an Aquasuite update or Aquaero firmware update). However, I've actually never gotten around to setting up the fan controls; I know how to set it in Aquasuite, but I really don't understand the best way to do it. Currently, I just have all my fans at 100% all the time. The noise level is tolerable, but I would like it to be quieter...
