yea, i tried everything, this is the second one that i bought.It will be there, then just not there.don't understand. when i uninstall the software then install its ok then shut down computer it wont be there and i have it hooked up both ways to the usb port on motherboard and hooked to the aquaero 5 xt does the aquaero 6 have 2 high flow ports thinking about buying that one ..lol when i uninstall the software i always get this
I just updated to the newer aquasuite software and now my usb flow sensor is not working .anybody have any ideas
Thanks EnigmaG ,also have another question for u .my pumps where making a squealing noise do u think that it could have messed any of the pumps up? only did for about, maybe have a min. I have unplugged one of the pumps and the other flowed but didn't flow has good as the other pump...lol

why do i have 1,2,3 pumps and also u see on left i have it set to 1&2 for the pumps but on the right side u see 1,2,3 for the pumps only two with power and its not my 1 and 2 pumps,and why do i have so many flows....Anyone please also why when i set my pumps to 40% it will say on the right 43 %? Thanks alot bcikota and madcratebuilder. I will check them post out. I see 2 mps's but when i click pumps on the aquaero all i see is one pump and when i go to controllers and look 2 set up the pumps in there all i see is one pumps .
my pump started making squealing noise could that have messed up my pump or pumps i had to release some pressure i guess in the system then it stopped but how do i know if both pumps are working together ?
I need alot of help ,I got my pumps and res now when i hook this up i have to set one pump to channel 12 and the other to 13 right? i also will have my flow sensor and that will be i think is flow 11,Can someone give me some reading on hooking these pumps together(Aquacomputer D5 Pump Mechnics with USB and Aquabus Interface)why do i see just one pumps and why does it come up as mps?thanks all 4 the help

ok,I took everything apart on my computer this weekend and I followed the direction shoggy gave me and my flow meter does not come up with no volts at all,but i also check the high flow on the aquaero 5 and my reading where 09.5 & 09.6 and these reading where also on the low flow too so is my aquaero good with these readings?How do i send my flow meter back so it can be fixed or replaced.I did the test with a digital multimeter.THANKS Shoggy for testing. I have and i don't get know flow 11or 14 just 1&2 so sabastian that is a no on buying just the board 4 my mps

yes it is connected to the aquaero right using aqua wires. aquaero high flow to the mps using the 4 pin wire. I have just hooked the mps up all by it's self and i get nothing in the aquaero.But when i hook my aquastream xt pump to it, it's fine,it use to work don't know what happened to it.Sebastian can i just get the board that goes in to my mps or do i have to buy the hole thing again ?

i have had this problem for about 6 months give or take all i get is flow 1 and 2 nothing else, only place I have access to the MPS data is either on the MPS's own tab which show 47.0 gallons an hour .could this be with the aqua suite software because i have seen alot of posts about this. and my mps still don't show up and was only a few months old when it started to not show up.I don't know if this was a error on my part,but all i did was change cases and added a power adjust2 on it but took it...

ok,EnigmaG how do i use the remote to shut it off and on .i do have usb hooked up on the aqua5 but at the moment my flow meter don't want to work so have to take it apart and see,for the turning computer off when there is no flow or pump stops working right? do u have english in them pictures u posted..lol

ok, I thank u both on the reply when i do my next cleaning witch will be very soon i will be adding the other pump i have. one pump has to be on one channel then the other pump on the next channel right? so is it bad to run 2 pumps then?

when i plug my aquastream xt pump in when i first start computer it will say found new hardware but when the flow sensor plug in all by itself it will not say this so can the flow sensor be bad?

well,i did a hard reset and i still can't get the flow to show up.i guess i will have to buy the new 6 when it comes out because something is wrong with the aquaero 5 or the flow meter

i had it all working before i redid it,because got new case and did the tubing again with the acrylic tubing,i have it hooked to the a5 high flow my pump is on there too pump shows up but not the flow usb.i have tried swapping out wires and all,it will not show flow 11 under flow sensors,could my aquaero5 be messed up?can i reset the flow meter ?

I've been attempting to setup my High Flow Meter USB with no success. I have it hooked up by USB at the moment but I cannot seem to get it to show up under the "sensors" tab under aquaero.The flow rate and internal temperature sensor seem to be working in the alarm configuration tab.I have tried everything hooked new aqua wires to it,plugged in both usb and hooed to aqua high flow the only time i get a reading is when i click in the aqua software on the aquaero 5 is sensors then click flow and t...
