I can think of two solutions: 1 - Replace reservoirs for these models so the coolant goes through the res before entering the pump: aqualis base for pump adapters 880 ml with fountain effect and nano coating or 2 - Go for inlets to the tops of reservoirs, but not directly as free fall will be noisy as hell. Use these for inlets: aquajet rinsing device for aquatube G1/4
Loop specs? Pump model? Please specify, and some photos would help. If the pump is model D5 USB aquabus, it is not controlled by power level. Read the manuals.

An example: poweradjust 3 Features: - DC output, no PWM And for your needs, an Aquaero 6 LT over an Aquaero 5 LT would mean just extra useless features (for you), because 5 LT has a PWM channel that yes, can control a DDC PWM pump.
No need for "aquabus Y adaptor 3 pins" as PAs have two aquabus connectors. Just connect the 6 PAs in serial to the Aquaero via aquabus with the cables included with the PAs. AGAIN: Yes it is known that it does not work. That is, any D5 PWM pump of any brand, with aquaero 5 or 6 though fan channel in PWM mode. It does not work. Only D5 pump you can properly control is Aqua Computer D5 pump motor with USB and aquabus interface which connects to aquaero via aquabus. You can also control D5-Vario, but it will work between 3000 and 4800 rpm aprox. So limited range.
Yes it is known that it does not work. EK D5 PWM is the same as Swiftech D5 PWM and any other D5 PMW pump in the market, because neither one manufactures these pumps. They just re-label them. Only Aqua Computer D5 pump motor with USB and aquabus interface will work via aquabus.
Don't worry, there is no polarity in this type of sensors. In fact the sensor is a resistance which value varies accordingly to the temperature.
After you initialy configure MPS addresses at aquasuite, you no longer need USB cables, then you only need 1 USB from aquaero to motherboard, and the MPS devices connected through aquabus to the aquaero via 4pin aquabus cables. You should not need to reconfigure MPS addresses.
Hello djc5166. It's been more than a month, but I was wondering whether it was the kryoconnect bridge configuration which was causing the bad temperatures for being configured for parallel inside while connected for serial outside?
