Oh, I found it. It appears that the only difference in the technical details is the higher power capacity. It also runs a LOT cooler. Here is a picture from the back cover with the technical specs so you can compare them to the PA2.

Hi everyone, This is my first post in the forum. I actually own both the PA2 and the PA3 and I can tell you they are not the same. I actually came here looking for a PA3 manual as I lost mine and I can't read the German manual I found. I assure you there is a separate manual, I just can't seem to find it. I am trying to find the layouts as they have moved things around on the board and I can't figure out how to hook everything up. If you guys find a digital copy of the manual before I do please ...
