In short, the radiator base (nickel-plated) of my CPU block is stained by liquid metal after 4 years of use and can't be cleaned. What if the base is PVD? Is PVD immune to liquid metal staining? Gamers Nexus says the stain is caused by ion migration between metals. And PVD is basically a ceramic, it should be free from liquid metal staining. So I'm asking about the possibility of PVD plated radiator base.
