Ive ordered a new Vision and sent the old one back. straight out of the box I got a flow signal. thats all folks!

ok so regardless of whether the cable is connected or not, the software will show flow as sensor when you select it in the software (it can be used as flow sensor input or hard reset/shutdown cable to the MB). orientation doesn't matter (position-wise up down whatever) and even in and outlets can be switched (would just give a negative flow as signal). cable broken? or something else? Edit: cable is fine, checked.
