From Aquasuite?

Hi all, I got a PC (workstation) custom made and I'd like to go with Ubuntu as Windows is just a pain in the ass with Nvidia cards. The PC has both CPU and GPUz watrercooled and controlled via a hub and Aquasuite software does everything (fan & pump controll, firmware upgrades, flow monitoring etc) Now the question begs: Is it possible to run aquasuite via Ubuntu, through Wine or similar and have almost all functionality?
