Unfortunately not [attach]8511[/attach]

Almost 3 weeks ago I sent an email to Aquacomputer support but got no response whatsoever, so I am trying to post here in order to find a solution I have purchased an Aquacomputer ULTITUBE D5 100 PRO reservoir with D5 NEXT pump (from Aquatuning.de). After I assembled the watercooling system, everything worked fine except for the RGB ring that came together with the ULTITUBE. It just didn't lit. I switched the D5 NEXT port to the RGBpx mode and connected the cable to the IN port; tried restarting...
