So I solved my problem: The issue was that AquaComputerServiceHelper.exe was not running, I have no idea how that happened but it's fixed now and my AMBIENTpx is back up and running!

So I just got AMBIENTpx setup on the backside of my monitor this past weekend. I have the LED strips linked to a Farbwerk 360 unit that I also located on the back of the monitor. Initially I plugged it all in and fired it up and it worked great during gaming and watching movies, however since yesterday's bootup I haven't been able to get AMBIENTpx to function for me.
