I connected Quadro directly with MOLEX connector of my PSU

Hi all I am french, I bought QUADRO Lüftersteuerung für PWM-Lüfter. After connecting the QUADRO to my pump and mothercard, when I started up I heard a CLACK!! and after analysis, I found a burn component on the QUADRO card. See picture file join with this topic. Can I do a RMA procedure ? Or, as I work in Hardware R&D, so i can switch a bad electronic component by a new one, whitch is the component reference ? Thanks for you help.
