so what does that mean - they can't export this to the U.S.?

That is the best looking water block I've seen yet. I can't ead the site - I'd really like to read a review in english...hell I'd like to sell these blocks - just on the way they look. The hose hookup is really nice and clean - great engineering. btw - if any of you guys can read this - I apologize if I posted it in the wrong forum. heh...I might be a [H]ardocp, but I'm not [H]ard enough..
