Power failure during flash aquaero

Power failure during flash aquaero

Hello !

I wanted to flash my aquaero ..

and during the flash I had a power outage!

since aquaero no longer run my fans and is detected as "Unknow Device" by Windows ..

I tested the eeprom reset but it did not happen ..

aquaero now displays "AC33" and this error code is listed nowhere ..

would you have a solution to flash the firmware under dosmode? or another way to recover my aquaero?

There is no way to recover it yourself. You will have to send it in.

but it's in warranty or I must pay for the reflashing ?

Reflashing is free but we will have to charge for the shipping back to you.
