Aquasuite 2012 not working

Aquasuite 2012 not working

Im having a problem with the Aquasuite software.
Im pretty sure I plugged the cable into the pump and then into my motherboard properly but when I load it up I get this screen:

It looks like Aquasuite can't find your Aquaero 5, you should have a extra side menu "Aquaero 5"... Have you checked your USB cable? Red cable goes into the +5w power pin1 "usually" on your MB, while the opposite end black cable usually fits into NC or no pin on MB.. Please check your MB manual...

If that is correct, I suggest unplugging all your USB devices and try that, also there has been reports of high polling usb devices like mouse and keyboard conflicting with AQ5, if all else fails, uninstall all mouse/kb related software and try to narrow down the possible conflicts..

If all else fails, you may have a lemon..
