That single LED is designed for the Aquaero but I believe you could also use on the farbwerk but the farbwerk was designed to be used with RGB LED strips.

I do not think so.
The Farbwerk has an output of 12V Vcc, and then the RGB lines pull that low.
The RGB LED you are showing utilizes a Ground, and then a positive 3 to 4 volts on the GGB lines to illuminate the LED.

Does not work. The farbwerk uses a common anode while the aquaero and the RGB LED for it uses a common cathode.
