License question - does each device need its own license?

Hello, I have two Aquacomputer devices connected to the same PC: an Aquaero and an Octo (connected via aquabus to the Aquaero).
I recently purchased a license upgrade and assigned it to the Aquaero. However, the Octo now shows that its license has expired.

Does this mean I need to purchase a separate license for each device, or should one license cover both? Is there a step I'm missing to extend the license to the Octo as well?

The license is tied to a device; you only need one active license per PC to keep the software up to date for all devices connected to it.

No, you don't need a second license.
