Aquastream not pumping

Aquastream not pumping

My aquastream has stopped working. It is not pumping and not making any noice/vibrations.
As soon as I turn on the computer, the red light on the AS control panel turns on (not flashing)

I just found out that the print circuit looks burned.

Should I return the control panel?
Does anybody know why it has broken down?
I have not tried to overclock anything.
