order status?

Dear aqua-computer,

I made an order (number 236822) 4 weeks ago, paid in advance via bank transfer, and I see in my account that this order is still in work.

Seriously, how much time do you need to fill orders? 3 months???

I also tried to contact you several times via email, and answering seems to be the last thing in your mind. Now I'm forced to post this on the forum.

Not very professional to say the least.

This can happen if you've ordered something, which is not made so far -> new graphiccard cooler?

And: Send an e-mail to @aqua-computer.de -> Englisch support.

Oh and by the way: Did you open 3 topics to make sure they read this?
