Aquaero not found!

Hi i have a problem. My aquaero is connected to the motherboard via usb but it isn't detected by aquasuite neither jalcds. When i disconnect and connect the cable again i hear that sound windows makes when a new part is found. I've tried different internal usb ports and also i've had this problem before and i don't remember what i did but it returned to normal.
