New to watercooling

Hello everyone!
I have used bolt on watercooling kits in the past, but they have proved to be rubbish. Now I aim to buy a case from here, but I have a few questios:
Is there a block that can be fitted to an Ageia PhysX card (BFG variant), and, the motherboard is a DFI ICFX3200-T2/G ,
(see here: http://us.dfi.com.tw/Upload/Product_Picture/icfxB.jpg ). So, which blocks can be fitted to that board, which will be running 2 HD2900XT, PhysX card, TV card, 5 hard drives, soundcard, and an intel quad core CPU? Also, OS is Vista 64, does the aquero software work in Vista?

Yes, works with all Vista versions.
