Was bewirkt SYMPROXYSVC.exe?

Habe nach dem ich formatiert habe meinen Rechner öfters 100% ausgelastet! Im Task Manager steht, dass die SYMPROXYSVC.exe dafür verantwortlich ist!

Was bewirkt die Datei?

Kann ich die schließen?

Symantec's "Norton Personal Firewall" has a bug which may prevent Teleport Pro from accessing files on the Internet. Symantec has resolved the problem in its Live Update of their software, as of October 29, 2001. If you haven't updated your firewall software, a successful workaround is to turn off the Norton Personal Firewall, or to rename the file "SymProxySvc.exe" to "SymProxySvc.bak" and reboot your system. (Remember to rename that file back to "SymProxySvc.exe" if you want to resume using Norton Personal Firewall.)

4 MB Speicherauslastung bei mir.
0 % Prozessorauslastung.

Ist von Norton. Mich störts nich.
