Will there ever be a Poweradjust with 4 pin PWM?

Would be nice :)

The problem here is, PWM (short for Pulse-width modulation) isn't about the adjustment of power, for instance from zero to twelve Volts, but about frequency modulation.
PWM fans work with constant voltage of 12 Volts and there is a circuit in the PWM fan that switches that 12 Volts constantly on and off, regulated by the PWM signal.
I don't know exactly how it works, but I believe, the higher the PWM fequency, the higher the RPM of the fan, because the fan motor gets more pushes with 12V per minute.
It's like trying to spin a bicycle wheel with your hand, the moreoften you push/pull the faster the wheel spins.

Actually, the problem is there is no PA that does PWM. Explanation of what it is/does is way OT.

A poweradjust with 4-pin PWM makes no sense since the poweradjust is about an analog voltage control while PWM does not require anything of that. It is like asking to use an airplane for the highway :D

It will be more likely to have something else with several PWM ports since it would not change too much on the price.

Thanks for the reply they make sense.
