Problem with high flow sensor

It's been a while since I installed aquero 5 lt in my loop and since the beginning with the aquasuite 2012 and the firmware 1024 I couldn't see the flow sensor (aquacomputers high flow). I installed the 2013 version today and with the 1024 firmware the flow meter worked. When I installed the latest firmware ( 1028 ) it stopped working again.

Any ideas why?

Have you tried setting the flow sensor type to the Aqua Computer High Flow 53068 ?
I have no idea if it makes a difference but that's what mine are set at.
