Hi,
I'm designing my first water cooling system for my new Intel Q6600 / GA P35 DQ6 / nvidia 8800 GTX system. Although I've read a lot on this subject, I'm just a newbye asking for some advice.
I like Aqua-computer so here is what I'm thinking on.
Pump aquastream XT USB G1/8 - Ultra Version
Radiator airplex XT 360 - G1/4 + 3x airstream 120 mm
Reservoir aquatube special edition G1/4
Blocks cuplex XT di - G1/4
aquagraFX for 8800 GTX - G1/8
Hoses 10/8 mm tubing (doun't Know if PVC, PE or PUR)
fittings Coupling 10/8 mm G1/4 O-gasket
Coupling 10/8 mm G1/8 O-gasket
Other Aquaero Flowmeter G1/4 with 5,6 mm diameter
Aquaero external Temperature sensor
Later on I wil add an Aquaero and some more blocks (voltage regulators, hdd, chipset)
Here are my questions.
First at all I'm concerned about noise.
What do you think about this water cooling system?
What's the AquaStream XT fan output max power? This is, Can it drive 3x airstream 120 ?
Would it be better a higher flow pump like laing DDC 1RT or D5.
What about the hose size 10/8, PVC, PE or PUR?
Does it matter the diferent threads G1/4 and G1/8?
Thanks.
