A Bug with aquasuite 2017-3.2???

My Rador_Top four fans with the following control，theStartup temperature is 3.5℃,but when I poweron my computer，Sometimes normal and sometimes is not normal(DIFF_Top<3, but Fan running)

(I are test for the first time poweron in every day)

When you power off your computer the aquaero is only in standby. When you start your computer again the controller is in the last state.
