Maybe they are not even related

This is another software for waste water. I think this software was not really at the public market in the last years.

Aqua Computer released the first aquasuite software in 2003 and as it was released with a wide public release shown in public available websites and reviews in magazines the trademark is protected by european law without explicit registering trademarks.
This is coverd by the competition law and only protects the company that another company sells a software in the same market.

As these are two different types of software and we are not in the waste water market we don't have any problem with another company using this name.

If another company working in the PC market would like to use the same trademark it's a different story
