Inline filter mount question

I posted the pic as the one I have isn't exactly the same as what is currently sold, but I would imagine the mount is the same (mine is a G 1/8 ). In the store, I noticed that they sell some mounts other than what comes with the filter. I removed one of the vertical Aquatubes in my Feeding Frenzy project and would like to get a mount that has roughly the same external dimensions as a standard Aquatube mount. Does anyone happen to know whether the 92mm size would work?

The most suitable way is to choose the mounting bracket according to the size of the fan.
Or use hard tubes as a bracket for support.
