Just finished my custom loop using an ultitube pro/D5 next combo and cant get the RGBpx led ring to work.

The led's at the base of the D5 next work fine, pump is working fine, and the fans are working fine, but not the rgbpx function.
In aquasuite I have the aquabus port set to the rgbpx function. Ive tried adding a 13 led controller.
Ive tried turning the rgbpx cable around. Ive tried plugging the rgbpx cable into both the in and out ports on the strip.
With my multimeter Im only reading 3v between ground and data pins from the D5 next. I get no voltage probing from ground to 5v pins.
The cable has good continuity at each end and all 4 pins.
Ive contacted performance-pc where I bought the unit from but its been a couple days and have not got a reply. Is my bus port dead or is there anything else I can try?

When I installed aquasuite it flashed newest firmware to the pump.
