What aquacomputer component would work for the simplest possible fan driver?

I have a solar panel that gives a 12-14V DC output. Is there an aquacomputer component I can use to take that input and drive 3 Noctua NF-F14 fans until the panel turns off? I don't really care about regulating speed, unless I need to set certain maximums to prevent a brownout.
