How many blocks can an Airplex EVO 120 cool without needing a noisy high-RPM fan?

The main things in my system that needs cooling is a 3Ghz Prescott and a X800XT PCIe.

I got a 2600+ and an overclocked FX5900 XT, and with a papst fan at 7V it runs perfectly, with 12V i got very godd temps, about 35-40 degrees cpu in idle...
